All the SQL CE references have been updated targeting to SQLCE 3.5 SP1 (3.5.1.0)

Hello everyone! I'm glad to announce that we're starting to drop early bits of the p&p Mobile Application Blocks Community Release.
This first community drop includes the initial port of the former MCSF July 2006 source code to VS 2008, with unit tests running on VSTS Smart Device Unit Testing Framework, minor updates and a brand new faster, lighter and simpler Dependency Injection and Modularity approach to replace Mobile CAB.
Stay tuned for future drops towards our Community Release!
